Verdasco using an 16x19 speed pro?

In Miami, verdasco was using his regular 18x20 speed pro. Now this week in Houston for the U.S. Men's clay courts, he is definitely using a 16x19 version of the speed pro. It's not a mp because it says speed pro on a photo. Does anyone know why he switched string patterns. I know in verdasco's prime he used 16x19 but he has been using 18x20 since he switched to the graphene speed xt speed pro this year, so why would he switch so recklessly. Anyone know what the racquet actually is and why did he switch string patterns to his racquet which is marketed as an 18x20 string pattern. Won't this confuse customers

Won't this confuse customers

Do you really believe that 99% of customers would realize his racket is 16x19 this week??
How many of those customers realized Novak's KBT was rally a 98 sq in, or his current stick is a radical, or that Nadal's Cortex is just painted, etc.

I think he is confusing himself more than the customers of the product

Isn't the Speed Pro set up when you can string it either way... 18x20 or 16x19. Or is it another Head model that can be strung either way?

Yep, Head (intentionally) abandoned a large customer base with the Graphene series. Everyone has been left scratching their heads wondering why.

Because they insist, for some reason, in having uniform tech in each line.

I said it recently in another thread, Head would've been better off if the Prestige and Radical lines never saw Graphene. It isn't like they couldn't sell those two lines without it.
