The thing with the association is that nobody apart form Novak (I reckon) is ready to take the lead in the off chance that he steps down. Other players with him are already invested in their tennis careers that they would take up a leading position in an organisation.
Novak is the only known face in PTPA who has any sort of political power. The rest are Fedal and Murray and all of three of them are against it
