Chas Tennis

I have a Casio Ex FH100 high speed video camera. At 240 fps it shows my strokes very well with little motion blur.
How I'm viewing videos now.I use the free version of Quicktime to do frame-by-frame analysis. To measure an angle I put a clear piece of plastic on the screen, trace the angle with a Sharpie and then measure with a protractor. I could also trace the motion of a body part or point on the racket in a series of frames.
I would like to get some software to improve analyzing the high speed videos. I would use the software only for analysis of my strokes and maybe also a few friends, so cost is a consideration.
A few desirable capabilities for the software-
1) Side-by-side: my stroke and a pro stroke. Or before & after my strokes.
2) Add text notes to saved videos.
3) Add marker points to body parts or racket. Lines for arm position, etc.
4) Show superimposed marker positions for several frames, i.e., elbow angle or racket position.
5) Lighten or darken video.
6) Edit videos.
7) Please supply others that you think are useful.
If anyone has some experience, good or bad, with sports analysis software as applied to tennis please reply.
If the software that you are now using replaced some other, what were some of the strong points of each?
