Thank you for that link, bluescreen! :D
Can somebody please translate the interview? :)

Now, this may sound like a strange idea, but it's hard to miss the Fed Fan versus Rafa Fan theme on this msg brd, and it's something I've been trying to figure out since I joined and noticed it for the first time.

So I was puzzled to see that the member posting that video is named "FEDERERvsRAFANADAL"

Since that video has zero to do with Fed, I can't help wondering if this is just the latest corporate marketing scheme to gin up interest.

Is that nike sportswear they're both wearing?
Is the corporation this very moment taping another 12-year-old for future ad campaigns?

Love Game, if you click on the 'more info' link on the left side (next to the date), it will give you a summary of the interview in English.

while I don't have the time to translate the whole vid, the narrator is saying Nadal is playing for the juniors national title against his rival Jose Antonio Sanchez. She also points out that Sanchez is a bit older, and therefore nadal had to conform to coming in second place. She goes on to say that Nadal has always enjoyed playing tennis more than giving interviews.

Nadal says he was having a hard time playing his game, but gives his opponent credit for that, and also gives a list of sports he plays>> like soccer. The narrator closes by saying that was the first interview given by Nadal to spanish television.

he also mentioned he was "exhausted". LOL j/k

^^^OH, by the way>>> you are welcome.

Leave it to a nadal fan to not thank someone when doing them a favor. Guess you are just too exhausted.

awesome to see young nadal. And humble speech. He knows he's a good player yet he will give his opponent the credit for winning. Gotta like the guy.

You exhaustion is due to staying up late, and IM'ing drak!

Ha! You know, I never did got to bed? I stayed up all night watching movies...got a second wind, saw the sun rise, and then conked out for a few hours.

Getting back on my school schedule is going to be brutal!

i bet i can beat 12 yr old nadal now in straight set. no sweat.:)

im not sure about that because 12 year old rafa was much better on fast surfaces and true bounce... besides, he suffered from constant blisters and was always tired even when he took mid term vacations...:)
