Agree, also Ferrer had a tough battle today, Murray will be the fresher man (Ferrer 2012 is long gone)

Kudos to Murray for playing 250 tournaments, it takes humility and i like that.

I can't see Murray losing to Ferrer twice on HC in the space of ten days. I think he'll win in two tight sets.

He's played ok, his opponents haven't given him too much trouble, Pospisil was his sternest test.
His 2nd serve has been as usual his weakness but he's cut through his opponents

Well, if he was still a top 4 player he wouldn't need to do so but he's only the number #11 player in the world at the moment so it's a question of needs must if he wants to try and qualify for the World Tour Finals and, even more importantly, get a better ranking in time for the AO, the first Slam of the new season!

That the part Im more interested in than him getting to the WTF. I want him to be top 8 before the AO.
On 2014 form I don't see what he could do even if he gets to the WTF. Once he gets to do his Miami training block at 100% though (which he didn't get to do this year, he said he only got 2 weeks worth and way below 100%) I think his level will be much better than it is now and he can make a good go of it at the AO.
I'm doubtful of him beating Ferrer today though given how Ferrer beat him up in the last 2 sets of Shanghai.
