Volkl Pallets

Hi, i have a volkl organix 7 310g and i want to order a new pallet for my racquet. I have ordered a volkl pallet before but it was one i didnt like, it was very rectangular and uncomfortable. I emailed tennis warehouse and they said i should order the Super G R pallet for Super G 7/8 racquets, saying it would fit my racquet. I also read somewhere that R in the volkl pallets stands for regular volkl shape, meaning rectangular. And S stands for racquets that have a more traditional square shape, (like wilsons). So then I found out that there are several pallets that are S, the volkl bio sensor S for organix 6 , the super G "S" pallets for super G 5/6 racquets, and the SC pallet for organix 2 racquets. None of these are for the organix 7 however. Needless to say i am very confused on what should i get. Does anyone know if R pallets are the rectangular ones, and if so, are the S pallets more square shaped? Lastly, i have an organix 7, but are the pallets interchangable between different volkl racquets, and if so, what S pallet should i get, the super G "S" pallet or the organix 6 "S" pallet, whats the difference??.

P.S a little thing i noticed, i have 2 volkl racquets one with a square pallet and one with a rectangular pallet. I'm happy with the one with the square pallet, I just dont know what kind of pallet is on there. But a big difference between the square and rectangle pallets, is that the square pallet as a more transclucent dark pin on the butt, but the rectangular one has a more opaque ligher yellow. I noticed that the super G S pallet has a darker color like my square pallet, but the organix 6 S pallet has a paler one like my rectangle pallet, not sure if this means anything though

I cannot provide help regarding the grip shapes, however I can shed some light on the different pin colors. The black pin is the firmest feeling. The yellow is moderately firm. The red is the softest. Hope this helps.

I've changed out Volkl pallets in the past to go to the more square shaped "S" pallets. This site

has a pretty good description of choices. I've used volkl pallets on Boris Becker and Head racquets. The Super G with pins will not fit on earlier non pin racquets without cutting the pin off. Racquets designed to work with pins have a channel in the hairpin for the pin to slip into

if so does head pallet works on volkl-s?

same issue--switched to the pb10 a few weeks ago from a dunlop. definitely a more rectangular grip, reminds me of the head prestige i had in the 90s. bugged me at first but i think i'm over it honestly, just took an adjustment period. what a great racket btw.
