Was the 2017 Roland Garros Final the best match Nadal has played so far this year?

I think his match vs Goffin at Madrid was very good as well and Goffin surely played better than Wawrinka. Obviously the conditions aren't the same, playing well against Nadal at Roland Garros center court is harder to do than any other clay event. Not to mention Nadal was also great in the final at RG as well. Nadal also said the match vs Basilashvili was one of the best matches he ever played, but I think that was more down to the opponent not being a threat, Nadal still played very well that day though. What do you guys think?

He's played a bunch of good matches this year, but to start with I would always take a best of 5 encounter over a best of 3 one in a heartbeat, and with that in mind I think it has to either be the final here, or the semi or quarter from Australia. They were not so dominant, but then they were on a surface, and under conditions less overwhelmingly favourable.

If we're talking about all 2017 matches then I think he played at a really good level in the AO QF against Raonic especially on HC
