Watch Nadal's "tough" draw evaporate in the Melbourne heat

Delpo is out, I cant believe the Op's prophecy is coming true...
You don't have to be a prophet to predict something like this. It is somewhat of a norm that Nadal gets cake draws or if he gets a tough one on paper, the seeds in his draw fall like flies, retire , be tired and/or injured etc :D

The OP wants Rafa to play Djokovic in the 1st round, then 2ndround Federer + Murray at the same time, 3rd round is Incedible Hulk, 4th round Mighty Thor etc etc........

I think Rafa could beat the Incredible Hulk.

But Thor's swing with his hammer probably has prepared him pretty well for some pretty wickad forehands.

I'd go with Thor in 4 tough sets.

But if he were to beat Thor, my guess that he'd get destroyed in the finals by Professor X even with the wheelchair

I think Nadal would need the Magneto helmet, which would be taxing to play with that on. It could be a close game.

I say Nadal in 4 against Professor X. I don't think his wheel skills will be able to keep up with Rafa's stamina.

Yes and Rafa claiming to be an atheist is obviously just false modesty. Clearly he's in alliance with the Devil bribed by Uncle Tony to clear the path for him at slams with the prospect of eventually conquering good (Federer's slam count) using devilish powers (easy draws, steroids, on court coaching, time wasting, fake MTO's) and with the Devil possessing the souls of ITF, ATP and his fanbase (mostly menopausal women) making them oblivious to the pure evil oozing out of his morbid eyes with his despicable glances at the opponents and beguiling raised eyebrows.

Evil must be conquered. But fret not. There is still hope. SOG is looking good and he will be waiting in the final to smite the devilish topspin plague to set back once again and ultimately prevent evil from ever conquering good.

So, tell me haters, just how mad are you right now? :)
I'm no hater and I'm much more disappointed than mad. Delpo has upside. But his B-game is simply not good enough!
I was very happy with the draw as I thought we got the best potential matches, they way it fell
Nadal-Delpo - Delpo being perhaps the only potential quarterfinalist with a game to trouble Nadal. So that would have been much more exciting than Nadal-Berdych, Nadal-Stan or Nadal-Fed.
Murray-Federer/Tsonga - always good
Ferrer-Berdych - don't find any of them that interesting, so good they are put together.
Djoko-Stan - often very good.

Nah, now "The Champion of Champions" has a cakedraw to the final.
I don't get this logic Why doesn't anybody wants to watch them fight with the possible threats?
These bye rounds are so boring.

So DelPo is also out. I think this draw could beat his USO 10/13 draws if Murray accepts Toni Barzini's offer.

Ok, before I would have said this thread was stupid. But now it's looking a little better. Nadal has a pretty clear path to the semis now. But he still has Federer or Murray likely waiting for him. Meanwhile Djokovic has to go through Ferrer probably LOL

What a cakewalk draw for Nadal, time AFTER TIME. Uncle Toni probably bribed the players so his precious nephew can have another cakewalk to the final. Disgusting.

This type of behaviour needs to stop. He gets a decent draw on paper and then all of a sudden, the players which were meant to trouble him start to dissapear before facing him. Total bs.

Well at least he has (had) a tough draw on paper. This is progress from cakewalk draws on paper.

They seem mad.

You know when they feel like they have to draw the Marvel pantheon in here, it's not going to go well.

Personally, in a Thor v. Rafa match, I'd go with Thor in 4 tough sets unless Rafa had the Magneto helmet. Then, it would be anyone's match.

When you still have arguably the greatest player to ever prance on an AO stage in Joker in your way, Thats not "easy" Nadal is not going to get to the AO title without a war with Nole in the finals

I am Federer-fan. Hard core. I don't think he's gonna make the semis (place at QF- forward++++++++

So I think I quite objective (just enjoy his game).

But once again I gotta ask this: Semifinal schedule: WTF!

Obviously it's all about money. I just don't get it. Jeesus Cristyen Mother F..... (I m 100% atheist, btw). Can't believe it.

I'll have to be honest. As much as I hate Nadal, he's reached the point where, like Fed back in the day, there's no hard draw for him. The players who can threaten Nadal on a tennis court are a handful (only ones I could think of are Djokovic and maybe Del Potro), and even with them, its far from assurance.

Men's tennis obviously lacks players who rise up to the occasion, even once in a while. Heck, I miss players like Roddick and Safin or even Nalby in that regard. While Safin was inconsistent, and Roddick wasn't the best player out there, these two could surprise the best players from time to time and beat them. They were always crowd favorites and always considered a threat. With the new guys like Raonic, Tomic, Dimi, Nishi etc. I just don't feel that. They are good enough to reach respectable rounds, but they don't have those auras of someone who can really pose a threat for the title. Heck, I don't even feel that with Tsonga, who's playing great but falls short of beating the big guys (and no, beating a 32 years old Fed doesn't count). Ferrer is the same as Tsonga, he can play well, but put him against Nole, Nadal, Fed or Murray, and he's toast before the match even started. He doesn't have the weapons, he doesn't have the aura, he's just...solid.

Murray SHOULD be that guy to consistently pose a threat to the Nole/Nadal domination, yet, more often than not he's just not there. Federer can no longer be that guy, he declined too much to ever come back, he's playing solid tennis at the moment, but it won't be enough against the top players unless Fed can somehow find his old form for 3 sets, something I very much doubt.

The game has become more predictable than ever, and some players aren't even trying to do anything on the court (Fabio, I'm looking at you)

Shhh, Delpo is angry. He'll come back to murder everyone.

I see that Batistuta , who was supposed to be a tougher opponent than even Delpotro , scored self goals before he could even get to Nadal

Fairly amusing that the "brutal draw" has been decimated to the extent that Rafa now has by FAR the easiest QF.

It will be funny if Fed takes out both Tsonga and Murray and shows up in the semi against Nadal after Nadal is finished with baby Fed. It will be the ultimate 'evaporation' of Nadal's draw. I mean, what more could Nadal ask for before playing a GS final ? Finish off his pigeon as he usually does, of course.

More BS. You whined for over a month about how Nadal will get a cake draw unlike Djokovic in a Clarky-esque manner. Of course, your predications ended up being garbage. Your just one of those people who complain in every circumstance. No doubt you would be kissing the floor on which Nadal's potential opponents walk on had they landed in Djokovic's draw.
Lol how pathetic. Wawrinka is the chosen one. You can kiss Wawrinka's behind all you want but the guy still hasn't won a match against Djokovic in years.
And you were saying wise guy ?........

Get some Kleenex for those tears. It's your boy No1e's fault that he can't handle wawrinka. You were the one who said Stan is now going to lose Berdych/Nadal. I'm sorry that Djokovic wasn't good enough. Nadal would love the opportunity to have Wawrinka in his draw or as you call him "tomato can".

Berdych and Wawrinka to battle for 7 hours in the SF. Crippled winner of the match gets fresh Nadal who will triple bagel Federer/Murray in the SF.

I hate tennis.

On the contrary, you are a laughing stock and your loony predictions( all formulated with Nadal in mind) have seen you become the new Clarky.

Enjoy the rest of the season and prepare more garbage for the rest of the season. What's next? Nadal will win the grand slam in 2014?

What loony prediction ? That Nadal is a lock for the final because his draw will open up and that Djoker isn't guaranteed to be in the final because he has Wawa in his draw ?

And no, I never said Nadal will win the CYGS. As much as you try to compare me to Clarky, I may get an odd prediction wrong, but heck, most of it is right.

But whatever floats your boat and you can keep posting garbage about me, won't respond to you anymore.
