Yep, no upsets there. Dunkirk was very deserving as well, awesome experience at the theater.Chances are Dunkirk wins that, too. Not sure about this but I'm guessing whatever wins those Sound categories wins Film Editing.
From ”The Greatest Showman”?
Jesus, I am happy to lose my balls to take Gal Gadot to a theatre...
Wow...bun-man had a hot co-worker...

Yes, that one. Didn't care for the movie at first but I love how it has grown to become the sleeper hit of the year due to old-fashioned word of mouth. Again I might write about it at length later.

I am glad Blade Runner pick up some technical awards...is a shame such a good movie not being able to perform at the box office.
Good song, but ”Never Enough” from the same movie is even better IMO.
Someone just mentioned 'deconstructing'. Derrida is turning in his grave, with laughter.

Appears that way this year...everyone gets their say.I was hoping for a winner to start singing Green Berets instead of giving a speech, but instead the Academy covers all 'bases'.

Ha-ha, I actually think that's the worst song on the entire soundtrack. Just felt it tried too hard with the whole faux-operatic angle.
?
They could have play Remember Me for the memorium session![]()
John Heard is dead?![]()
and they all came back from the other side of the river.I agree.![]()
The character singing that song in the movie is supposed to be portraying the famous Swedish opera singer Jenny Lind. That character didn’t have an operatic voice at all. I did like the song though.
Really? Coco’s “Remember me” wins best original song? Really?
Ferguson actually didn't sing that, Loren Allred did.![]()
The problem with Denzel is I always see Denzel is his roles.
On the other hand, I don’t see Gary Oldman in all his roles....that is the different.I know what you mean. I feel the same way watching him.

Yeah, is like in Phatom Thread, that was the first time I see his real face, but I still don’t see Daniel Day Lewis!!Or someone like Daniel Day Lewis in ”My Left Foot” to a movie like ”Lincoln”. He becomes unrecognizable in his roles.
