Wawrinka has the best backhand on the tour.

Well, he has the best one-handed backhand for sure. Gasquets is faster, but Stan's is better (more consistent, more variety, takes the ball earlier, etc).

Wawrinka has the best single handed backhand of all time, anyone that disagree's cannot take the fact the bloke was a top 20 player last year and knows ******** about tennis.

Including return of serve? Probably not.

In any case, a better slice would help him immensely. His floaters get hammered.

Who is including return of serve>? Why do you guys act so unecc complicated? lol Do you do that on purpose?

It's like you saying to me, Ivo Karlovic has the best serve on tour.

...and then me saying. Including ball-toss? Probably not.

It's just ********. What does a backhand have to do with a return of serve? That ties into anticipation, athletism and preparation.

Backhand return is part of how good a player's backhand is.

A player can have the weirdest toss in the world, but if he's blasting aces all over the place and consistently holding serve, his serve is still great.

I agree 200%, he can do anything from the backhand wing, never seen anyone annihilate a ball cross court like that. Then there is the down the line. Flat, top spin, everything.
