Ways to Adjust Racket Height to Impact Ball for Ground Strokes

The well know instruction to 'bend your knees for low balls' is one way to adjust the height of the racket head for low balls. It works for all ground strokes.

SPECIFY GROUND STROKE or ALL GROUND STROKES and METHOD and BALL HEIGHT
Add comments, pictures, videos, and any issues.

Examples:

ALL GROUND STROKES - bend knees - low balls
This picture illustrates bent knees plus angles at the hips.

ALL GROUND STROKES - straighten legs - high balls

ALL GROUND STROKES - jump - high balls.

ONE HAND BACKHAND - rotate near straight hitting arm to move racket head down - low balls

See 1:07 for racket height adjustment.

ALL GROUND STROKES - tilt the upper body rotation axis so that the racket goes lower - low balls

Where is the low spot for top spin? How does the racket head tilt open or closed when the body rotation axis is tilted? If that picture were before impact, did Djokovic's racket face open because of the tilt of the rotation axis?

What ways do you know for all ground strokes or specific ground strokes?

Make comments on any of the height adjustment methods posted in the thread.

(If anyone would like to know how to post pictures and videos let me know.)

The tilt-the-shoulders then and going slightly across the ball seems to be the most effective for me after legs.

For low balls sometimes you just have to slice it though, no getting around the court surface. I'm not always too good at judging this though.
