This is why Ruud needs to miss the ATP finals.

That thing is giving me a headache...almost as much of a headache as Sinner has given Ruud already.

I think there is no doubt Sinner is a better HC player than Ruud. But I still think Ruud is a better tactician. He might find the way. He has already tried different things, and will continue to do so.

EDIT: And there's the break back

Yes, I've mentioned a couple of times that I think Ruudy is the best at thinking his way through a problem of the NextGen. I suspect he has his father to thank for that.

Exactly!
I can see why people might think he is a boring type. But he definitely has decent tactical and mental abilities :)

My apologies.. Forgive me, I find his brand of indoor tennis to be uninspiring (of course, this is because it was learned at the Rafa Nadal academy)

I was rooting for Aslan ;)

Ruudy played indoor tennis in his home country. They can't play tennis in the snow.

Oh, Aslan...'twas but a dream, I'm afraid. Not as big a dream as FAA's chances (my pick), but still a dream.

Alcaraz is way more talented than Sinner. Alcaraz has pretty much everything without any noticeable flaw. Can’t say the same about Sinner, though he’s pretty damn good as well.

I like both, but there's a reason Sinner is higher in the rankings. Alcaraz is improving both ranking and game though everyday. Barring injury, he's top 5 in 2022.

Good resistance by the Ruud Boy, very balanced game. Casper is really risking a lot with his first serve to put pressure on Janni. So far he's winning a surprising amount of second serves...

I don't know about judging talent, but to me Alcaraz seems a step faster to capitalize on net opportunities than other young players I've watched.

Both Sinner and Ruud are playing great. This will be a battle in three sets for sure... Loving the passion displayed on the court...

FAA makes me wonder how many players have reached a major SF before winning a title.

He is risking a lot on his first serve. Then again sinner is one of the best receivers and he seems think that it has to go to the margins
