Weight lifting

Hey!

I have a few questions about Weight lifting !

1- I am 14 years old is this age ok to begin?

2- I have About 3 weeks going to the gym and i feel that my family jewels (testicles) are inflamated ... is this normal ?

I took a week off to see if this got to normal and im planing on going again tomorrow.

4- And why do i feel a strange feeling down there (you know where , the family jewels) when i am doing Strength?

I am 14 as well and have been working out for the past 7-8 months for football. No, the pain in the groin is NOT normal as you did some damage there. What did you do to instigate the pain? Squating? I figure so because I know for a fact that you definately didn't do it by Benching. Which brings me to my next question; how much are you squating/benching/cleaning? You in all likelyhood overexherted yourself.
 
The trainer in the gym dosent let me squat until i have enough strengh so what i have been doing , is hitting the machines because he dose not want me to lift any weights until i have gotten use to the work out.

I think my problem is because i have been doing to much Strengh, although I consider that I do not make much force.

I only Lift dumbells and work out in machines for my chest Back And Shoulders .
