Weight Transfer during Serve

During the serve, I know that u are suppose to transfer all the weight onto your back foot and then toss the ball, but when you jump/explode up into the ball- where is the weight loaded & which foot are you suppose to jump off of?

For me, when the toss is in the air and the racquet is behind my head (trophy position?), I load the weight onto my front leg and push off. Is this correct?

Usually both. If you slide both feet together both work equally. If you use an open stance, the back leg more than likely will do a lot of the work.

Again, it depends on your style. I would attempt to try to use both legs as much. But back leg will be the power house. Front leg is a stabilizer.
