Anybody know stiffness and tens. lost for Silverstring and Explosive? Cannot find it anywhere.

I can't find the exact numbers too, but Sliverstring and Explosiv are both known for some of the best tension maintenance in their respective categories. And Silverstring is quite soft for a poly.

Don't know anything about MSV Hex though.

I don't have numbers, but from my experience Focus Hex has very good tension maintenance. Whet I have heard about Silverstring and Explosiv is the exact same thing that Marrrat said: some of the best in their categories.

I have both SS and MSV hex in right now. Both are quite soft. I think they are comparable to PS Big Ace. Actual stiffness numbers would correspond to gauge.

For MSV Hex 1.10 I would predict a stiffness of 215, 1.18 I would guess 220. For WC Silverstring 1.20 I would guess 222.

The Explosiv! is the best multi that I have ever played with. Soft, best tension maintenance in a multi, and is pretty durable.

How do you find the spin production of Explosiv? Can you compare it to another quality multi, such as X-One, Nxt etc.

Spin production for Explosiv is just like any other multi. I have used many multi's ranging from Wilson NXT to RAB Sensorfibre and feel like all generate the same amount of spin. It also depends on your swingspeed, racquet string pattern (18x20, etc.) as well. The spin isn't great like a poly but it is way better than synthetics. The best thing is the comfort level and the tension maintenance. I have also been playing with the string for a couple months and have no sign of fraying unlike some Laserfibre multi's I have tried.

^^^ that why I had the original question. I used Explosive cross with poly on main and the stringbed feels too soft or spingy...

weiss cannon strings hold tension extremely well. i found the silverstring stiff and very low powered. not my thing. but then i dont like luxilons either. stiff and low powered (full poly job that is)
