1) I am really curious as to know if Wilson, Prince, Volkl, or Fischer made any 18 mains midsize frames.
2) I am also interested in any obscure, inactive manufacturers.
3) any frames Head made outside their prestige lineage.
4) any frames Dunlop made outside the 200g lineage.
 
Fischer mids were all 16 mains.

All Head Pro series (89.5 square inch or 600 cm2 head size) were 18 mains, and there were many models (besides the better-known Prestige models).
IIRC, the Head Edge models (apart from the Head Edge 2, SE Edge, and TXE) were 18x20's.

The Kneissl and Adidas models were by and large 16x19, though they could be strung incorrectly (and often are) to weird configurations with more or less mains and crosses. Puma and Völkl models, too.
