I'm a right hander, and I use a grip between continental and eastern BH for the right hand, and between continental and eastern FH for the left hands.
Can you list some other 2HBH grips and explain their advantage and disadvantages, also do you advise to use different grips for return of serves than for regular groundstrokes?
I also heard about the eastern FH grip for the right hand and eastern BH grip for the left hand, is it OK (I tried it and I felt it very uncomfortable and unnatural to use)?
