what are the pros' diet?

    I am wondering what kinda of important food/drink those pros are taking to enhance their body/fitness? say like Federer, Nadal and Murray?

    anyone got some inside?

    murray and roddick used low carb/high protein (sushi, etc) diets and they had excellent results in terms of losing weight and gaining muscle.
    as for before matches, i'm pretty sure most pros eat low GI, high carb foods (oats, pasta, etc)

    That's not spanish ( at least castilian ), but what
    I could understand ist the percentages:

    60 - 65 % carbs
    20 - 30 % proteins
    10 - 15 % fats.
    Lots of water and isotonic beverages during the
    competition
