I know this sounds like odd reasoning but if I am filling up tap water into bottles with ice I am using Skratch and use it x 2 and then have a water bottle with just ice water.

If I am packing a cooler with beer or high noons (preferred) on ice in a cooler and using bottled water then I will drop a couple Nuun tablets into them as they are carbonated and the bottle cap will hold the carbonation in and toss a few without to alternate sips.

a liquidIV competitior, "Drip Drop" -- marketed as a dehydration reliever, but it tastes great, mixes easy, and is cheaper than liquid IV.

I use liquid IV because it's easily accessible and can be found in most places. If I'm running low on time and need to get something with electrolytes, I usually try to check gas stations for a gatorlyte, which is pretty solid. Lately, I have just been trying to stick to just water unless I really feel that I need some electrolytes.

Really liking lmnt but open to anything else.

I used to use LMNT however noticed thr quality isnt great, very average sodium / potassium and magnesium sources. LMNT is good only for the really hot summer days off the yr, thr sodium levels are too high for the normal usage days.

I switched for Voli Hydrate - far better sources off ingrediants - plus vitamin c intake.

Also here in the UK the best NHS doctors and even the marathon runners community do say for electrolytes your potassium and sodium intake should be closer together with sodium should be slightly higher. Ive always bought the pina colada - honestly tastes amazing, identical to a pina colada but with added salt. Taste 10/10, and effectiveness 10/10.

I have been using one from a number of years and it has some protein in it. I noticed with other electrolyte products going into the 1 1/2 to 2 hour stretch I was sort of running out of steam. When I switched over to this product with protein I never had that issue again. I found the flavors I liked from this company and stocked up when a bicycle shop was closing and was selling all their products out for 50-75% off!!!
I'll get the name of it later on and post it. I recognize it from the label when I am looking for it. I found it in a few bigger bicycle shops around my area.
Some of the other brands I tried were pretty awful tasting.
I do not know why I cannot add a photo. Anyway, the name of the electrolyte drink is called " Accelerade" I really enjoy the taste of the Fruit Punch version.

has anyone tried suckerpunch - the pickle juice drink? if so please review

I have not used that particular brand but did start dabbling in pickle juice the last few months. It does seem to work to stop cramps within about 2 minutes. Of course, better to never let a cramp occur in the first place but sometimes in the heat of a match, I forget to take electrolytes on changeovers.

40,000 volts drops in my water bottle.
Do you count them all?

I read the news today, oh boy
Four thousand holes in Blackburn, Lancashire
And though the holes were rather small
They had to count them all
Now they know how many holes it takes to fill the Albert Hall

I use Liquid IV sugar free, but pretty sparingly. They have it reasonable at Costco.

Watched a test among a bunch of them and neither LMNT or Liquid IV scored well overall, but works for me.

Whatever I have on hand, but it's usually GU Energy, GFuel Hydration, or some good ol' pickle juice. On an insanely hot day with a lot of play, Electrolit
