What are you listening to RIGHT NOW?

Highway noise from a great distance....

And now a neighbour's car driving past....

.. and the sound of the automatic gate closing.......

...then the sound of train stopping from afar....

..the train blasting its horn....

...the train is leaving.....

A lecture on economic theory .
Very interesting actually.
The lecturer shows with clarity that there need not be any conflict between sustainable prosperity and natural capital and health.
No silly blame game or fingerpointing , just ideas and real case results .

Later im going to a concert in club with friends and bar hopping.. my Gf is in town and she brought her sister and brother so should be good fun!

Frank Sinatra - I love Paris (in the spring time)

(reminds me of someone here who visits Paris at that time every year :) )

All the Small Things- Blink 182

Currently listening to a collection of Nirvana, The Killers, Blink 182, Radiohead, and Good Charlotte.

Yep. Some of my favorite bands of all time.

Agree. Mine are: Nirvana, Live, Audioslave, Alice in Chains, Incubus, Pearl Jam, & Culture Club.....whoops, getting a little crazy!

But seriously, 'Overkill' from Men Down Under is cool, especially the acoustic version.

I've always liked the sound of Audioslave. Like a Stone is probably my favorite song they ever put out. Show Me How to Live and Drown Me Slowly get honorable mention as 2 and 3 for my favorites from them.

I was never really able to get into Pearl Jam for some reason. Alice in Chains has some good songs, and I know it sounds cliche, but Man In a Box was probably my favorite song from them.

Judy Garland - Somewhere over the rainbow

followed by:

Fred Astaire - Cheek to cheek (I'm in heaven)

(the above are Dad's old faves, in case you are wondering)
