Hard to pick just one, here’s a few of my favorites:

Pure Drive and Pure Control Swirly
Pure Storm Team 98 2004 version
KBlade Tour
Head IG Prestige Anniversary Edition
2021 VCore Pro
2022 Pure Strike VS
That ig anniversary prestuge paintjob is next level good. Youtek - youtek IG was brilliant execution of the asymmetric color blocking

For all black the Extreme Nite is my pick, the combination of matte and glossy with minimal writing or other decorations on the frame just looks awesome.

I don’t know the years of the cosmetics but…

Head Radical Twin Tube Zebra

Babolate Aeropro Roland Garros. White with silver leaf lettering…racquet was a work of art
-even if it feels like I’m swinging around an empty plastic bag

The Blue and Red Laver Cup RF-97’s

Wilson Blade Neon Green.

Wilson Blade black with silver

Wilson blade animal print (black and white)

Head Radical Microgel; white, black, red with the animal print

2015 RF-97

Jimmy Connors ‘91 Open Neon Yellow

Donnay Pro One, Blue and Yellow

Donnay Borg One. 1980

For me it's both the tactile feel of the Dunlop cx 200 tour series (maybe the same for other dunlop models?) and the design. From the limited edition all black model to all red model and the mostly black model with red. All 3 have fantastic feel and their designs I think are really great.

I also do like the current yonex ezones with their dragon designs and the older blue/red vcp models with subtle designs. I like the tactile feel of these frames too but Dunlop for me is tops. Matte with a slick feeling...

Interesting tactile sensation plays a role for you, to me that’s an element of a paintjob so makes sense. Just an interesting thing to hitch the wagon to, respect

Thanks gino. I'm a details guy. I am also playing with the ultra tour/pro which is a gloss finish which looks shiny on tv and sparkles but it detracts a little in the feel department. Still, I really dig the super closed pattern of the UT/UP platform so I have to carry some of these in bag.

There are many other fine frames on the market, but these two models really jumped out to me. Graphics is one thing but feel-in-hand to me is more important. I will say some frames out there with loud graphics don't do a lot for me, feel notwithstanding.

I totally get that. It honestly took me months to vibe with the tactile sensation of the pure strike tour throat section. The beam design has these odds ridges but after a while I adapted. Some things I couldn’t adapt to though were the rubber based paints in the 2016-2023 pro staffs… so nice to the cold touch but once I’d start sweating just made for a miserable go. I feel the same way about the extreme gloss of the BLX 6.1 95 2012, just collected sweat like crazy. Interesting and important practical considerations !

Take away the performance attributes of any frame. This is just a discussion about the best paintjobs in your personal opinion.

Curious if there are any that get a swell of support. If you can, add pics!

For me personally, see below for my top 5 (subject to change). I'm also going to add honorable mentioned frames to a few successive posts.

Thought about my life and updated the OP/various honorable mentioned posts. I think it's more well-thought out now.

One thing we can all participate in is the idea of all having a top-5 and "best of the rest" or "classic paintjobs"

Could be a fun exercise to have the "current top 5" depending on new releases/nostalgic thoughts

@TW Staff can one of the moderators change the thread title to: "What are your favorite racket cosmetics of all-time?"

Think it better suits the dialogue. Thanks

It is important to factor in the overgrip and string interplay. For example APDO doesnt look right without the Pro hurricane tour.
Slap a tourna on a bumblebee with silver poly and you have created art

i pondered on a few more of these iconic combos:
