What Are Your Rules?

Just thought it would be an interesting discussion to have with the old timers, as well as all the FGTs buzzing around lately. We all have rules, share yours! I'll start with my rule #1:

NO SMOKING IN BED

This applies to myself and others around me.

Is "unintentionally" the operative word here?
Absolutely. You can have them tucked in or barely hanging out for "style" affect. But just drooping down and clearly untied says a lot.

Like my momma always said "if you can control your laces, you can't control yourself."

Thank you for the explanation. Would you mind analyzing this:

Well kept, looks to be someone who does tie their shoes, and possibly leaves them semi-untied after tennis. This is acceptable. I would rate it a 6-7 on the level of lace management.

There is a future here, but there is also a small path of destruction possible if it takes a wrong turn inn the future.

In the interest of full disclosure, the deterioration of the laces in this case likely occurred well past this pair's useful life on the tennis court.

This shows lace toughness and longevity. You should hold your head up high and honor those laces for a job well done.

I read a book of short stories with the title Los peligros de fumar en la cama by Mariana Enríquez.
Translation: The Dangers of Smoking in Bed.

Are you guys ignoring me?

Let me throw a few of my soft rules out there:
- refuel when the tank is 1/4 full
- refrain from smoking while walking
- always smile when you enter a room
- never chamber the first round
For the record, I have never shot a gun or a fire arm in my whole life.
My apologies to people who might not feel safe with me because of that.

I never eat a giant bowl of berries in bed because it leaks everywhere !!

No really
1) never more than 2 drinks
2) I check multiple times before and during any time I cross any roads near any cars
3) anyone who I feel is toxic or dangerous I avoid
4) I never honk my horn as too many gun shots
5) I never sit near the opening door near a restaurant for fear of shootings
6) I avoid large outdoor crowds due to mass shootings
