I am currently having leftover Ethiopian food for breakfast: injera with misir wot (red lentils, onions, garlic, ginger, spice sauce), atalkit (cabbage, carrots, potatoes in spicy sauce), and mushroom tibs (sautéed with onions, tomatoes, and red peppers, in a spicy sauce).
Oats toast, salmon eggs, onion, salt and pepper with sour cream... and a scotch of chardonney.
