returning from a x2 week mid west road trip from SoCal.
Culvers in Utah a few times. It was a fan favorite in our caravan. From salads, smashed burgers, custard and other frozen treats
drawing a blank on the name but had some decent pizza in Gillette WY.
Ice-cream at Creamery in Beaver UT
Best steaks ever in Sundance WY. NY, Ribeye, brisket fries, brisket tip salads. They don't call it Beef Country for no reason
horrible thai food in Rapid City SD (was craving asian food and fell for the trap)
very decent Pho in Vail, CO
Pancit, fried chicken, Kare Kare (oxtail stew), Milkfish soup, and a few others....Max's of Manila helped satisfy our Filipino food cravings
Didn't get to have any Bison/Buffalo on this trip.

I used to look at the calorie count, now I'm back to looking at prices lol. Their chicken sandwich is good if it's a happy hour price. Along with the Bloomin' Onion, the kookaburra wings, and sydney shrooms will probably be my go to from now on.

I hope you enjoy it. I noticed that each time we went, all the employees we encountered were really helpful and seemed to like their job. Unlike some other fast food places. Maybe could also be that part of the country.

You ask, "What did you last eat?" Well, I'll attempt to tell you, while I'm STILL running from "Angus, the Champion
Weight Lifter." To make a long story short, I was sitting in my seat at the US Open today, (if I remember correctly)
and I dug my hungry teeth into a footlong hotdog. Unfortunately, the dumb jerk who sold me the "eating experience
of my life," put so much slippery mustard in the bun, that the hotdog meat flipped out, down onto the head of Angus!
Angus is now still chasing me, and yelling "You fool, you spilled mustard on my McEnroe t-shirt, and I'll bludgeon you!
(Trust me, that T-shirt with all the spaghetti spots looks really old, but I understand, if that's what he wears everyday.)
My legs are becoming SO weary, my breath SO difficult, my fingers SO tired from writing this message, my lonely spirt
SO bowed at the thought of a horrific ending , that all I can now say to Talk Tennis, is that I kept on writing until the end!
