Had a bean and cheese burrito for dinner round 6 pm with some whole milk as I can't have the other lower 1%, 2%, or skim without feeling sick in my stomach/toilet issues unless lower is chocolate milk and after, beer Coors banquet 12 oz I finished at 8 pm.
