Easy, good dinner.

What did you do with the tomatoes, put them on the pasta?
Those broccoli cheddar things always hit if you get the right crisp on it.
Might be a chili dog night for me tomorrow :D

My wife bought puffed cereal that was virtually tasteless.
Sliced bananas helped a little bit, not much.
Eventually broke up a chocolate chip cookie and mixed it in with the bananas.
much better.

I took home about 4lbs of leftover turkey from 2 different Thanksgiving dinner parties and I have already made the following:

Turkey Breakfast Casserole. (9.5/10). I used the smoked Turkey (from party #1), so that alone elevated this dish.
Turkey Noodle Soup (8.5/10) Hit perfectly on cold nights.
Turkey Avocado Egg rolls. (8/10). Great appetizer.
Turkey Wraps (8/10). It needed more garlic mayo but came in clutch for a quick snack.
Turkey Fried Rice (9.5/10). Diced the Turkey and fried it in bacon grease before adding it to the rice. Ooh baby!

Hold up! It's available in a can?! Aww yeah!

You need to add Hot Chili oil, diced white onions & a little shredded cheese. Well, that's how my fat ass would eat it.

Honestly had I been home and not eating it at work, I would have done the same thing lol.

Christmas party at work over the weekend. Prime Rib, Loaded Baked Potato, Fried Green Beans, Venison Stuffed Mushrooms, Salad, Tomato Bisque Soup, New York Style Cheesecake, Carrot cake and I think about 3 different pints of Hefeweizen on tap. Epic meal!

I was craving a late-night snack but all I could find was a box of plain,
unflavored Triscuits (the low salt version.
Anyway I drizzled a small amount of honey over 4 triscuit squares, and
they were delicious ( or I was just really hungry).

You kids know what a Kentucky Hot Brown is? Yeah, well I made that sh*t into a pizza. Badass.

I had to look it up. Looks tasty. Now on a pizza, sounds tastier!

Bought a 24 pack of English muffins from Costco. I've already made 8 Bacon/Sausage, Egg & Cheese breakfast sandwiches this past weekend. I ate about 5 so far. Now I'm going to make about 8 more for my favorite coworkers today. I'm feeling the Christmas spirit!

Slay :D

Lamb tagine, slowly cooked in a clay pot. This dish tastes so heavenly, and so tender it melts in your mouth. Cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, cumin, saffron, prunes, and that caramelized onions just made it more yummy yummy.

Had to feed a few extra, so 4 medium Domino's two-toppings.

Pepperoni & black olives (thin)
Sausage & pineapple (thin)
Pepperoni & sausage
Pepperoni & extra cheese

One was free, so $24 & change with a $2 donation to some charity. Easy enough.
