Gonna bake some crispy baked italian dressing wings when I get home from work. A friend of mine used to make them and reminded me of them last night and I have to make some. They are juicy, tangy and crispy, so good!

Nothing like grocery store deli fried chicken way cheaper than KFC or Popeyes too and you can make your own sides at home.

Wings are life. I was devastated though to find Buffalo Wild Wings changed their boneless recipe. That was one of my go-to places but not anymore.

I usually prefer bone-in/ "real" Wings but B Dubs tended to do better with the boneless variant.

Come visit Fedpo though and I'll show you the hook-up. Sadly the place I'm thinking of only has locations in 2 states so you gotta come here for the crispy goodness

PJ Whelihan's - they've been expanding but sadly only in PA and NJ at the minute. Hopefully they continue expanding because I've never had a better wing.

If you like em crispy you'll love em guaranteed.

Yeah I only roll boneless if the bone-in at the establishment is junk. Never rated Buffalo Wild Wings too highly despite its name. Mainly only went there as a college kid because the deals were good and the staff was good. They also did some pretty good fries.

Yeah that was my reasoning with B-Dubs boneless - the sauce hit well and they had a nice crunch. Then they changed the recipe and the crunch was completely gone.

My grandparents haven't been doing too well and I've been considering becoming their caretaker so they don't have to go into a home.

Funnily enough my aforementioned godchild moved to Florida back in late 2019 so there's a lot of reasons for me to go there. I'm getting tired of all of their beach pictures and not being part of that lmao.

Yeah, Florida has its crazy stories like anywhere else, but at the end of the day it is a beautiful state. Trying to see how feasible it is to move out there. It is a very real possibility. Better than 50/50 actually.

i had a 12" buffalo chicken on rye there last week cos it's close to where i was working that day. i like that they have a good range of salad options unlike a lot of food places
