These are only guesses an my opinion not facts. They may seem harsh but this is genuinely what I think. Don't take it personally.
Dominic Thiem:
Positives: Humble with just the right hint of attitude. Hard working and somewhat relatively down to earth than most of his peers.
Negative: Has a bit of typical Jock with less brain nature about him. Bit too emotional and respectful for the sport he is playing.
Federer :
Positive : He loves tennis , but he is as much a businessman any. He deeply respects past legends. I think he still has that childlike curiousity inside of him. Genuinely loves everything tennis.
Negative: I really think deep down he is a dork who went on to have shades of elitism and snobishness in his outlook later. He cares too much about how people see him, and I don't mean this in a good way.
Nadal:
Positive: I think he is a great friend to those in his friend circle. A bro's bro type. He is also quite endearing in many of his interviews. Probably a decently fun person to be around.
Negatives : He lacks the "emotion quotient" required to understand few things. He is way more of a jock than someone like Thiem. He is a bit self centered innately as since a teenager he has been a super famous star.
Novak Djokovic:
Positives :The most normal and thus more humanly flawed. I think he also is quite a good friend to those who are in his friend circle. He has more critical thinking skills than most tennis players. I think he is the most "whole person" of the top players.
Negatives:
He is somewhat insecure on a fundamental level. He has sought confirmation and applause. (Now he doesn't do that). He is very dramatic. And there is some truth to the allegations of being "try hard".
