Roland Garros 2024 is almost here and it is very open for a new Grand slam champion.
So, what do you think the Semifinals will look like?
Here's what I think:
1. Stefanos Tstitsipas
2. Alexander Zverev
3. Nicolas Jarry
4. Taylor Fritz
What do you think?

1. Zverev is a safe bet this year. He will be top-4 seed (so protected until the SF) made the SF of the last 3 FO and just won Rome.
2. I still say Djokovic loses in the SF. This was my prediction and I stick to it.
3. Alcaraz should make it if he isn't injured. He's still the top favorite right now for me....
4. is between Ruud, Rune or Tsitsipas... I'd give Ruud first but it will majorly depend on the draw

it does depend on the draw because two of the people someone predicts might run into each other but thats the point of a prediction, you never know what's gonna happen.

Pointless to speculate until we find out about Sinner/Alcaraz health status.

Voted anyways because I'm a nice guy.
yes very nice of you heres your award:

it depends if Sinner and Alcaraz are healthy and 100% fit. If they are they should sweep the draw.
If not, safe bets should be Zed, Citybus maybe Ruud and Djokovic

he did look pretty good on clay and he might be able to defeat a top 10 player in the quarters
i don't think so but maybe. Med won Rome but lost in first? round. At RG most players get into trouble in early rounds especially if clay is not their best.

I still think atleast one of those two won't make it to the semis.

Well Ruud has been playing well and is known for playing extremely well at FO.
Citybus should make semis , and he is a terrible matchup for Zed, in a potential Zed Citybus matchup, I would back Citybus every single time.
Djokovic, well he still is the GOAT, and do not ever count him out.
We ll see, I wanna Sinner grab this title or at least make a deep run. He s been by far the best player on the tour for past 8 months? Give or take.
Alcaraz is a beast on clay, but been unlucky, in 22 he faced zoning Zed and one year later got injured.

Even on Atp finals courts?

Well on clay definitely.
Grass- they both s..k on grass but Citybus is slightly better adapted on this surface with his variety?
Slow-Medium paced HC-- citybus
Fast- slight edge to Zed.
well I wouldn't zed looks to be in amazing form unlike citybus but yes I do agree with most of that but it does depend on their form.

I just started a new thread on Zed Citybus rivalry :).
I think that on clay, Citybus is way more accomplished player, and overall at slams Stef is more reliable. Zverev can peak in one match and choke in the other ( 2024 AO SF)

Impossible to say without draw.

Only risks I can take are for the two top contenders will be in semis. Djokovic and Alcaraz.

Rest depends on the draw.

Novak to win it, Zverev, Alcaraz and Ruud in the semifinals, final is Novak Alcaraz

Novak has played longest grand slam finals in 3/4 slams already.

2012 ao
2012 USO
2019 Wimbledon

Only pending is at RG. Not sure who played the longest RG final. But Djokovic probably already has within top 3 longest RG finals at 4h 11 mins.

With Djokovic alcaraz in the final they can push it even beyond that.
