What does Djokovic eat? No meat and nothing with gluten.

Djokovic to save Sinner?

I’m not Indian but I love Dahl even though it gives me an upset stomach every time.

It is usually spelt Dal or Daal.

Daal is lentils and rich in protein and fiber. Both can cause gas. In addition, if it is cooked with spices and onions and oil/butter, the gasification increases.

Have small portions cooked blandly. Then of course you will find that it is not tasty. That is why Dal Makhani (Dal with lots of butter) with a Tadka (garnishing) of spices is very popular. Nothing healthy tastes good. It is how evolution fashioned organisms to make them eat a lot of sugar, salt and fat when available.

Can you recommend a good Indian restaurant in Mira Mesa?

I don’t think he eats meat any longer. It’s helped obviously but no doubt has hurt him. Double edged sword. Meat is important for strength. His shots have gotten really wussy mode. Not much pace and power on a lot of them like there used to be. Serve has gone a little female too. If I was him I would tinker with the meat a bit on these last year or two on tour. It can’t hurt. He can’t go 7 hours like an energizer bunny any longer. He needs to now up his weight and muscle and power. It’s the only way he’s going to have a chance at any more slams
This is the hard hitting analysis I come to TTW for.

A lot of people have moral objections to eating dogs, for example. IMO if you don't have a problem eating a pig or a cow, then you shouldn't have an issues with eating dogs either

But dogs are man's best friend. You can't eat your best friend!!!

Well someone has to tell it the way it is. He’s gotta be more aggressive in this final 1-2 year stretch. The means. Unfortunately eating roadkill to get that power on his serves and baseline shots. He can’t go for 8 hours anymore. . The rabbit diet like Djoker isn’t gonna work and have less muscles than most of the WTA players. He’s way too skinny. He’s gotta put on mass and start hitting guys off the court. It’s the only way. He can’t defend like he used to. He’s too slow now. You can’t get by on defense when you’re almost 40

Novak restaurants have opened up in Kragujevac and Kraljevo. There is seating for over 250 people, and you can enjoy the view from the first floor. Their specialty is a beefsteak with three sauces, a ramstake with caramelized onion, and salad with goat cheese and dry plums. Fans can enjoy Djokovic’s favorite dish, chimichanga, chopped chicken in a tortilla.

Great to hear him doing positive things off the court for others.
chimichanga sounds very good but the flour or corn tortilla kind of cancels out the good.

You should watch the Netflix documentary where they prove the Roman gladiators were on a vegetarian diet.
It's not like the gladiators chose this diet, they were slaves who had to eat what their captives gave them. They weren't vegetarians by choice. They got a slave's diet because vegetables and fruits were cheaper.

Actually, according to a documentary I watched, they were given a nutritious diet and afforded excellent medical care because their owners wanted them to keep as fit as possible. They were an asset to them.

I heard they ate a healthy Mediterranean diet :)

well done mainad..agree with you, should be a clear difference between dogs and pigs
In fact, in the vast majority of cultures, large animals used for food had to be vegetarian. The only exception is the pig because it’s omnivorous. Unsurprisingly, its meat is banned in Judaism and Islam.

Atheism is the best food religion.

If we keep on advancing of diet improvement, humans will be in average 7 ft tall by year 2200.
If we fail, surviving humans weight average will be 350 lb for males, and 300 lb for females.

We can hope for success but I think going forward we need to design public transport with an eye towards failing. Otherwise we will likely all have the dire choice of standing on the bus and metro or sitting with the seat divider pushing into our rear end.

Yes, I believe that lots of work-arounds will be needed. I am happy I won't be there to see that.
