What exactly does the PTPA want? Who could profit, who lose?

PTPA should organize a parallel tour, which I hope they will do in the near future.
The ATP has become a disaster, they put the nail in the coffin with the masters of 2 weeks. It will get worse and worse.

The court cases are designed to allow players to move around freely in order to make a parallel tour possible.

That is not the near future, unfortunately.

Lol. You spoke of the case failing, lol, not about whether there would be an actual trial.

I can believe that you are a lawyer, lol, given your dishonest way of arguing!

Lol. Your naivety knows know bounds. As a lawyer in litigation incan tell you 95 per cent of cases never get to a trial.

No. I said it wouldn't get to trial!!! Lawyers are the most honest people on earth and kind I am the gold standard example

I said that, paraphrasing, if the case succeeded it would be a massive disruption.

You replied that, paraphrasing, it wouldn't even get to trial meaning a massive failure.

We weren't talking at any level about the level of cases solved without a court hearing.

You decided to play this card out of gold standard dishonesty.
