Semi-western with the knuckle tilted towards the eastern side. That's the result of toing semi-western trying to handle the grip pistol-like. Somewhat like Federer.
I use that grip but I am right handed. It's very very close to the grip I use if not exactly the same. Good for low or high balls and can hit topspin or flat the ball out. Not a big switch to 2HBH grips or conti for slices and volleys. Great grip.

That guy is actually me. Yea I find the grip works well for me for many differnet heights of balls. Im more old school and slice and 1hbh and chip and charge sometimes so the low balls used to be a huge issue w my former grip. For some reason I didn't realize but had my camera inverted during that wall recording but I'm actually a righty. Been trying for the last 3 years to slowly change my grip from some wonky way western grip to a more "middle eastern" grip as one of the humorous posters commented on earlier
