What forehand grip is this?

It’s in-between eastern and semi-western,usually referred to as extreme eastern, with Federer being the most renown user thereof. You can perfectly drive the ball with this grip. First thing I would look at/for - extending past the ball as you hit, avoid trying to “snatch” the racquet anywhere - accross, over the shoulder, straight up - just let it go.
Next - check if you hit the ball very high, so swing from low below the ball. Shoulder level and higher is suboptimal. Let the ball drop more while preparing more level with the contact point.
If it’s the opposite, and you hit the ball pretty low, yet create a loopy weak shot, it’s likely you approach the ball improperly - give more sideways spacing, swing outward, hit forward and through rather than pump it from below with an open racquet face.

Mind you that the racquet in those picsx is a 4 3/8 grip and I usually use a 4 1/4 - so I am probably over just a lil bit more?

Have you seen forenads of Wawrinka, Cilic, Khachanov (to get to the extreme)? Are they loopy with those grips?
Even if you are closer to true SW grip, that’s not responsible for your shots being loopy, but your swingpath and contact point are.

I hit back fence on the fly with full SW grip several times yesterday... the grip itself is ok)

It appears to be a very mild SW or the extreme Eastern that @Dragy mentions. If we refer to a standard Eastern as a bevel 3 grip and a prototypical SW as a bevel 4 grip, yours would be very close to a 3.5 grip.
