By the way having veggie smoothies with a liberal amount of juice in there for flavour is a brilliant way to easily down a ton of veggies into your system as let's face it they are boring to eat.

My recommendation:

Big pepper, cucumber, celery, avocado, carrot, boiled kale + juice + water - put that in a blender and down it. Tasty, healthy, easy...

I wonder about bypassing the important action of saliva and the chewing to grind the food finer than a quick go in a blender!
Properly breaking down the food, instead just dumping it raw into the stomach.
Especially a complex mix like that.

Gorillas chew their greens very carefully.

Chewing also envigorates apparently.

Recall folks overdoing the fruit smoothies and getting a sugar spike.
Had some strange concoctions. Mixed cranberries in lemonade then added flavored cold brew. Thank goodness for the stay-at-home ordinance.
