It could be (based on the knuckle position), but you have to remember that grip and hand sizes also play a part. A relatively small handle held with a conservative grip will look more western than it actually is because the hand has to grip further around the handle of the racquet.

I used to use a SW grip that people mistook for extreme SW or 3/4 W. I use grip 2, and I'm between 6'0" and 6'1".

The grip size in that pic looks large though, so it looks like a strong SW grip at the very least.

I suspect more diligent members would be happy to analyse further if asked nicely.

Just hit eastern grip
It worked for sampras and you can easily hit FH slice
