I am wondering what is the most # of past/future Grand Slam champions a player has defeated at one Grand Slam.

I assume it is 3? Some examples:

1985 WImbledon - Curren defeated future champion Edberg in 4th round, McEnroe in quarterfinals, and Connors in semifinals

1987 US Open, Lendl defeated McEnroe in quarterfinals, Connors in semifinals, and future champion, Wilander in the final.

2001 US Open - Sampras defeated Rafter in 4th Round, Agassi in quarterfinals, and Safin in semifinals

2007 French Open - Nadal defeated Moya in quarterfinals, future champions Djokovic in semifinals, and future champion Federer in the final.

1998 US Open- Hingis defeated Mauresmo, Seles and Novotna before losing to Davenport
2012 French Open- Errani defeated Kuznetsova, Kerber and Stosur before losing to Sharapova

2009 us open- Clijsters as a WC beat Bartoli, Li, Venus and Serena en route to the title, 4 current or future slam winners

2010 US Open- Clijsters beat Kvitova, Ivanovic, Venus and Stosur en route to the title again defeating 4 current or future winners to defend her title

1999 us open- Serena beat Clijsters, Martinez, seles, Davenport and Hingis enroute to the title, 5 current or future champs.

I don't know who the first player to beat Mac an Connors in the same tournament was, but it wasn't Curren. Both Borg and Lendl did it at the Masters.
