What is the ATP all time greats Tiering System in the Open Era according to you ???

Fine

But Borg and Steffi Graf are the most overrated tennis players on earth....
How can you say that when Graf spend 10 years and 3 months consecutively in the top 2 in WTA ranking ( March 1987 to June 1997)? How many players have been able to have their own part of the draw of over a decade continuously?

Steffi is not the GOAT league as her 22 Slams suggest, reason is before Monica winning her 1st slam Steffi had like 9 slams that she won in a period when Martina and Evert were in early 30s, then when Monica dominated 3 years then Graf could only move from 9 to 11, then Gunter's horrific act gave her a fresh lease of life and she won 10-11 in a short 3 years period......So a lady who won 2 slams in 3 years against a teeenager suddenly wins 10 in next 3 when that teenager is stabbed at 19.25 robbing her of her peak years ?

In an ideal world (as said by Evert) both Monica and Graf would be on 18 each or else Monica would be on 19-20 and Graf on say 15-16, something like that.

No player was supposed to win 20+ Slams in the 1990s as said by Sir @Gary Duane some days ago here, that is true, those sort of slams in that era has a huge asterix next to Steff's name

Thats why.

For me Serena and Navratilova are tier 1 in WTA
Tier 2 maybe Ever, Seles, Steffi, Court, Jean King etc etc
Tier 3 maybe Hingis and the rest of the riff raff ....
