what is the best size usps po box to order to ship racquets. specifically when doubled up longways and taped together
so dimensions and type of mail box would be great so as to not make any errors.
 
Priority Mail box. I don't remember what "size" they call it.

roughly... 11.5"x2.5"x13.5"

specifically... OD: 11.625x2.5x13.4375
 
There is a thread about this. There is a very important takeaway. When you tape the 2 boxes together, the is a size limit IIRC 28"? which if exceeded, jumps the cost astronomically. Ask the USPS or Google for the answer. Some users ended up paying 2x-3x what they expected the cost to be because they exceeded the length.
 
I've found the 1092 works well for single racquets, while the 1095 if shipping two.

Either with one racquet and some protection will be 2 pound or under (unless you are using a 18 oz frame)
 
In case in matters, the box I described earlier is a 1097.
Didn't realize that number was how they are coded, until watching @dak95_00's video.
