What is the brand of your favorite racquet that you currently use? For those who use many racquets, pick the one you use as your main racquet for matches. This is meant to reflect the brand of your current favorite racquet and not one from the past.

Mine is Babolat as I’ve been using the Pure Strike Tour since it was launched in 2014. I’ve been using only Babolat racquets since 2000 actually - Pure Control, AeroStorm Tour and then PST Gen 1 and 3. Please leave a comment about the racquet model that is your currently used favorite after voting in the poll.

Prince Textreme Tour 100P, every version since its release in 2015. Prior to that Prince Tour 18x20 so long time Prince fan. Plush feel, control and comfort for me, best brand with that combination IMO.

Excellent poll to get some updated statistics here. Not suprised by the amount of Prince answers. It gets recommended often here, and is completely out of the picture in any other tennis circles for me.

Pure control 95+ brings me the most joy! just holding the thin 19mm box beam with my (non-dominate) left hand makes me feel like Patrick Bateman from American Psycho, when they are comparing their business cards.

Wish someone would use one on tour (under the strike paint job)...I wasn’t a tennis fan back when they were in circulation. So I’ve never seen one been swung by the Pros :((

Voted other for my most used match frames in the past year: NordicDots (Model 99 currently) and Angell (TC 97)
There are racquets I enjoy from every one of the listed brands, but I find especially from the most recent releases from those companies that the feel and connection to the racquet isn’t on the level of the classic or boutique offerings.

I am also surprised by the high result of Prince and the low result of Babolat. Does not reflect reality on field. i have seen any one play with a prince for ages in comparison of many juniors playing ither with Babolat or Wilson

Do we have a country bias?

I switched to the Wilson Six.One 95 v13 a little ways back and I love it. not sure if it’s the exact racquet I’ll be sticking with for forever, but I have less complaints now.

Went away from Wilson for a decade and I'm so much happier now that I've gone back
I think it’s also been a decade since I’ve been away from Head! I used the prestige up until I was about 15 and am now back to head with the Gravity.

There was nothing in the lineup that really spoke to me for a few years. Never liked the speed until Auxetic, gravity came out when I wasn’t playing tennis and the Pro was too heavy and specific of a frame, never liked radical, prestige too demanding

Gravity Tour seems to find a good balance for my game specifically

Currently moving to Solinco Blackout for 2025. Used to use control racquets almost exclusively but now that I am getting older I am looking for a little more help from the racquet and focus on playing smarter. Still trying to find the right string/tension combo though.

Head for me. Boom Pro specifically made me switch from Yonex ezone.
How can it be that Prince beats Babolat (doubling it) so far? It seems like everyone is paying with a pure aero 98 here.

Yonex right now. Used Babolat as a junior growing up (AeroPro Drive Original goat Babolat frame) had a small stint with Wilson (Juice BLX 100, Pro Staff 95/97S, Burn FST 99) went back to Babolat (Original Pure Strike 98 18x20/Tour, Pure Aero Original) then switched to Yonex (Vcore Tour F 97, Vcore 98 Galaxy Black, ‘20 Ezone 100 Osaka) and now Vcore 98 ‘23

Although I am moving away from them, I would say Wilson as that is the brand that I grew up with and the fact that it has some of my all time favorite rackets.
First 3 adult rackets: Pro Staff 85 -> KFactor Tour 90 -> RF97 v11

2024 Babolat Pure Strike 98, 16x19. I played the 2 previous versions but they gave me some arm issues. Gen 4 hasn’t been an issue.

Wilson Blade 98 18x20 user here. I've been pretty content with my v7's but will probably try out the v10's when they drop. I feel like by next year I'll be curious enough to try the new version.

Prince ATS Textreme Tour 98 here. I just added it to my demo last year because I needed a third, and I just melded with it. So easy to use, but one of the worst paint jobs of all time. Previous racquets were the original HEAD Gravity Pro (pancaked groundies and serves, but just too sluggish at net), and the HEAD 360+ Radical Pro (loved it, but went down in weight with the 305 gram crowd).

I am a long time user of Prince 95" racquets until the Head Prestige Pro 2023 surpassed my Prince ATS 95's 2 months ago. Both are great sticks but the Prestige Pro is better for serving so it gets taken out of the bag for a competitive match.

Same. Recent convert to the Pure Strikes. Love my PS100. String full bed with X1 and it’s a dream.

I do also very much like the Clash.

My wife is a Prince gal through and through.
