Fed was past prime in top spin 4. Wink wink, hush hush.I could beat the big 3 in their primes with ease.

You sound very similar to my level.I play 4.5, but maybe not anymore cuz I haven’t really played since April and don’t necessarily plan to. At my absolute best I have beaten 2 5.0 players by the skin of my teeth. One of them was legit 5.0, the other was probably more borderline.
I’m really not that great, I peaked at like a mid 8 UTR and wasn’t any better than a 7 most of my time in college tennis.
You sound very similar to my level.
I lost badly to legit 5.0 but did beat one who was mainly 5.0 due to doubles results
How come you may not play anymore?
How'd you do that?Maybe a 3.0 on a good day. I don't play anymore as I tore both my Achilles and can't make sudden, abrupt movements anymore.
Playing basketball on one, and, get this, hurrying to cross the street on the other. How'd you do that?
Good thing you didn’t say big 4 (reportedly Andy Murray loved playing it on PlayStation)I could beat the big 3 in their primes with ease.

This why mugs like you could never beat the Big 3, no self-belief.Casual rec level. I play with my friends on public/semi public courts. We all suck![]()
If you only play once a week (or less) then you'll start to lose consistency with your return game.Right now a solid 4.5 since I started working out on a regular basis like 8 months ago, it's incredible how much more easy power you can generate, I feel like Berdych at times LOL, but unfortunately I play like once a week or every 2 weeks, so not that often anymore. Turns out your level goes up when you are in good shape and work out a lot despite not playing often, who would've thought?!
Yea, I feel once a week is enough to maintain a specific rec level. If it's once every 2 weeks I definitely need a solid warm-up.If you only play once a week (or less) then you'll start to lose consistency with your return game.
I have that same problem. I used to compete 2-3 times per week.
Today, I'm lucky to play 10 times per year.
My returning skill have diminished considerably from where they were prior to the pandemic.
BrutalPlaying basketball on one, and, get this, hurrying to cross the street on the other.
What kind of workouts do you do? Anything tennis specific?Right now a solid 4.5 since I started working out on a regular basis like 8 months ago, it's incredible how much more easy power you can generate, I feel like Berdych at times LOL, but unfortunately I play like once a week or every 2 weeks, so not that often anymore. Good for you BornaWhen I'm at my best I am more like Djokovic game wise, when I'm not, I'm more like Murray

Nothing tennis related - just heavy workouts to look more athletic and jacked - deadlift, bench presses, pull ups etc. - you know the drill. What kind of workouts do you do? Anything tennis specific?
I heard that Nick Kyrgios has been doing the same type of thing.Nothing tennis related - just heavy workouts to look more athletic and jacked - deadlift, bench presses, pull ups etc. - you know the drill.
But honestly after like 6 months of doing it on a regular basis I got easily 20-25% more power in my shots.
If that dude had 10% of the dedication of Nadal or Ferrer he would look 10x better and have 100x better results.I heard that Nick Kyrgios has been doing the same type of thing.
He likes to play some Call of Duty in between reps.

minus the dumbass tats of course lol
How dare you.I don’t even pretend to be six feet.
I’m definitely 5’11”
And at least I’ll never lie about that. Unlike @Lleytonstation
Yet he has a winning record vs Djokovic has defeated nadal a few times and played an epic match vs fed in Miami. He relies on his serve and forehand not on grinding from the backcourtYou'd have to go back to Nick's junior days to fix his groundstrokes.
His backcourt game is not on the same level as the Big 3.
Honestly, it's not even close.
You’re just jealous because he beat your namesake at the Men’s Tennis International World Short-off last year. How dare you.
I will always look down on 172cm
I could have beaten Fed when he was peak Knee-surgeryerer.
