What makes Nike PRM shoes “premium”?

Browsing TW I noticed that they have a PRM version of the Zoom GP Challenge 1 for $10 more but I don’t see any difference in specs. Does premium just mean a limited run of that colorway?

Hah, Tesla’s just as bad. I’m interested in the new Model 3 refresh and any color other than a boring dark gray is $1000-$2000 more. On a $39k vehicle.
