What Mid to High End Stringer would you choose?

So my trusty old Alpha Axis Pro + Head Tension head has kicked the bucket. I've serviced the tension head twice over the years, once essentially replacing the entire thing. Looking at getting a newer better machine. Last time I was looking, access to international models wasn't as easy, and the options were lacking. I'm based in the US and was curious what people would choose.

A few I've been looking at:
1. Alpha Ghost 2
2. Prince P7000
3. Wilson Baiardo / Baiardo L
4. Tomcat MT-400 + Stand
5. Yonex ST7000 -
6. Siboasi S2168 or S3168

These all average around $3000-3500, with the Tomcast being the cheapest (around $1200) to the Baiardo being the most expensive ($6300).

I'm not a professional stringer (anymore),but I'm moreso of a guy who likes the hobby/machines and knows I can get by on 25 year old Neos crank, but likes things like gravity clamps, electronic tension head with constand pull, 360 degree turn table, etc.

I've sure there's other great options out there as well, as I only discovered the Tomcat today.

The Tourna 700-ES is under $3000 and would be in The top of my list. They’re out of stock (again) and won’t be available until Nov. you need to get on a wait list because they sell out fast.

I didn't even know the Tourna machines existed...any one have experience with the 700 vs 800 vs Cube? I just reached out to them directly to get some quotes on the machines.
