What music are you listening to? v1.0

The Stone Roses - Bye Bye Badman

Great tune. That whole cd was something. Especially Fool's Gold and I am the Resurrection (sort of an All Along the Watchtower intro). Adored, Sugar Spun Sister, Waterfall, Shoot you Down. One of the finest albums ever.

What do you think of Second Coming?
The Ian Brown stuff?
And Seahorses?

Oh, and earlier, it was E-Pro by Beck.
Now the iTunes is playing me Denial Twist by White Stripes. I liked it pretty well at first, but now I could listen to it all day. The catchiest, hookiest vocals.

Second coming wasn't as good as their debut, but contains "Love Spreads" and "Begging You," which are both favorites of mine.

Guero is an excellent album; if you really like it, I'd suggest you purchase the remix album Guerolito, which is superb. If you don't feel like buying the whole album, I'd suggest "Ghostrange" (E-Pro remix by Homelife), "Ghettochip Malfunction" (Hell Yes remix by 8-Bit), and "Broken Drum" (remix by Boards of Canada).

Bedshaped is one of my favorite songs, I use it to test amps i build, it's got a good variety of sounds, and the bass hits are tight and defined... excellent track :)

That's not necessarily a bad thing! Hey, you listen to the same stuff that I do...minus the really loud and stoopid early 80s heavy metal that I still listen to on occassion.

Bluegrasser - you're a really cool cat. :) I love Diana Krall myself.

I received as a birthday gift yesterday her latest offering ( from this moment on.) which didn't disappoint. She's also a top notch jazz pianist - man, if I had to do it all over again, I would of been a jazz pianist instead of a guitar player,
best..
