What NTRP rating is this?

It looks like she's played a lot of tennis as she can maintain a rally for quite some time and is in decent shape and she isn't afraid to come to the net but she has technical and positioning problems.

She looks like she has a lot of potential with lessons.

Yeah she might be able to play 4.0 women's.. But I think most women want a level where they can do well 3.5 is safer bet.. Well above 3.0..

Low 3.5. While she has an allcourt game, she is out of balance, positioning, and can't put the ball away. 2 solid year's from approaching 4.0.
Well beyond 3.0.

I agree with LeeD. Low 3.5. That forehand is top notch 3.5 for women but the BH is low 3.0. Serve is basic rec patty cake. Good ability to get to net and volley.
If she could get a bit more on the serve and develop a backhand that wasn't a weakness, she could do very well in women's 3.5 leagues and maybe someday move to 4.0. I think seeing a forehand like that would get a few coaches excited about her possibilities.
