For me, it's either Fernando Verdasco (#42) or Marcos Baghdatis (#51)
Verdasco was once top 10 and was playing great tennis. Tennis is indeed a mental sport, but given how he was playing in the top 10, I wouldn't have expected his ranking to dip and stay low consistently.
Baghdatis also surprises me. For someone who made a Grand Slam final and SF (in 2006), you expect them to stay up in the rankings for years to come (at least top 20 or 30).
