What should I do? Help needed.

I'm 5'6'' and 132 pounds. I have a choice to take an 3 month workout class with a trainer or do weight training or take soccer. Personally, I like soccer as I don't like running alone and running after a ball always makes sense to me than running after nothing. I have fit the workout class and soccer in my schedule for now(both once a week) and plan on taking weight training next semester. Is that all right if my major goal is to decrease body fat percentage and build some muscles ? Thanks.
 
lifting weights will build muscle but to lose fat you need to do cardio, which soccer has alot of since youre always running
