100 votes in my poll (yay) Even though the Asics gel resolution seems like a great shoe, I still want to get the new Adidas shoe that is coming out:

I'm pretty surprised that the majority of people wear Nike shoes. (60-40% against Adidas in the multiple choice poll).
Where I play, most people wear Adidas barricades (mostly IVs and Vs). I fell that Adidas makes better tennis shoes in general.

NIKE Tennis shoes are garbage; however they do look very stylish!
i ono but the adidas barricade V's are looking REALLY great compared to the other ones. Adidas offer the 6 months sole warranty and i wear them out in 4 months. and i kill nike shoes in about a month. nike just doesn't work out fo rme

I know, but the poll limit is 10 items, and by the time I put some shoes, I couldn't put a "other" option...

first lets reply to OP:

Babolat team all court, Nike oscillate, and several vintage shoes by nike and reebok (mainly 90's models...)

regarding the quote:

what you could have done

NIke Breathe (please specify) save one option

NIke Vapor....

Adidas Barricade (please specify)... one more free

Lacoste (please specify...)... one more free

and with this already 3 free spots for other options...

I wear Asics Gel Resolution 2 and Yonex SHT-306 because they fit me well. I have been a Nike user but the new models are getting too narrow. After the BFII I just could not fit any newer models. I tried the Cage, Cage II, and Ballistec but no can do. I also have a pair of Barricade V that I occasionaly wear.

I have "always" used Barricades,, I , II, III and now IV, and I just wanted to try the Nike Breathe Cage II and man, those shoes must be for dwarfs (no offense..) I mean come on, they are really really REALLY narrow and feels like a dancing-shoe you put on on a Friday night or so...

I know I will continue to use my Barricades ,,

Nike somethings, got them for $80 in the sports store down the hill, down from 120, had them for about 9 months and they still have atleast another 9 in them, and I wear them 7 days a week, throw them around the house and my bags...

Mind you I play on syn-grass courts so they don't wear as much

Asics Gel Resolution. Absolutely love them, won't switch to anything else in the foreseeable future. They feel like you're walking on air.

I use the Barricade Vs after switching from the IIs after a long stint. Also have a pair of Air Zoom Trainers and plan on picking up a pair of Reebok Court Pump Victory IIs (its more form over function in the case of these two pairs).

currently wearing the Nike Air Trainer I. Best shoe I have ever worn. They are wide in the forefoot, light, terrific comfort and I like the 3/4 length. I was wearing the Nike BF2, but these are way better. I only play 2 times per week, so not sure how long they would last if I played every day. I purchased 5 more. I also like the Oscillates. If you have wider feet, a little overweight and don't play daily, these shoes are terrific. They cost in the $50 range, so that is a great deal.
