I think I heard a while back that gut should be strung looser than multifilament strings.
1) Let's say I prefer to string my racquet at 55 pounds if all the strings, both main and cross,
were the same soft multifilament string.
(2) Let's say I then decided to use a hybrid of gut as the main and a soft multifilament as the cross strings, for the same tennis racquet as above.
What tension should I use for the gut, and what tension should I use for the multi?
(Note - The gut is Klip Pro Natural Gut 16g. The soft multi is Head FXP Power 17g.
I already have bought these half sets so I need to use them, even if gut/multi seems like a strange setup).
