Does anyone know which current undergrip/replacement grip is the exact same thickness and feel as the old wilson cushion aire solution grip?
(Not the normal cushion aire grip the 'solution' version which they dont sell anymore)
I use them as an extra undergrip to build up my grip size 3 rackets to a 4-5 grip but every other replacement grip i have tried are all slightly too big or the feel is different ie the 'feel" grips are too uncomfortable not cushy like the sublime grip (slightly too big and not comfy)
Bear in mind i put a wilson pro overgrip sensation over the extra undergrip as that is the perfect size for me.
The issue i have is for some reason the undergrip has rippled up for some reason so now isnt smooth all the way down has random indentations which causes me pain if i accidentally press on them on striking the ball.
I think because they were so old even though brand new (10+ years) they made such a mess the black colour coming off staining everything but that thickness was ideal. The feather thin one will prob be not cushiony even if the right thickness.
