I think he can crack the top 15 if he continues performing at his current pace.

Isnt he like 32 now? It is pretty hard to reach a significant career high ranking at that age, even with as incredibly weak as the mens game is today. Beating Nadal at Wimbledon and having a good slam run isnt even something new for him, he has done both numerous times in his career.

I voted 10-15.

Would be amazing if he made the top 10 for the first time aged 34 though.....Actually, come to think of it, not so amazing in this era bereft of any young talent.

Well, he is No. 17 in the YEC race and only 200 points out of the No. 12 spot.
He is grouped in with Tsonga, Querrey, Busta, Raonic, and Nishikori.

Might be tough for him to finish at No. 15 this year, but it's probably just as tough for him to finish No. 12 or 11.
Then you have next season to pick up some points early, especially AO where he will have a great seed (lost in R64 this year).

So 10-15 is the safe bet I think, but hitting top 10 is certainly possible.
